Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures, maintaining patient safety and image quality while following established protocols.

The role involves educating students and healthcare team members, assisting with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures, and ensuring proper data handling in busy clinical settings such as OR, Endoscopy, and ICU.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• ARRT-R certification within 6 months for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders, identify and prepare patients, and document clinical history while maintaining confidentiality.
• Use appropriate imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access under licensed practitioner guidance.
• Evaluate images for proper positioning and quality, ensure proper data storage and transfer, and assist with post-processing if needed.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare team members.
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures, including in various clinical settings like OR, Endoscopy, and ICU.
