The role requires completing a specialty training program in radiologic technology, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. ARRT-R certification must be achieved within six months for new graduates, and progression to level 2 is required for hires after a set date.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Verify patient identity, ensure preparation, document clinical history, and maintain confidentiality.
• Apply imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and follow ALARA principles for safety.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality and positioning; verify data storage and transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers.
• Assist practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures in ORs and ICUs.
