Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Physician for locum tenens support. The role focuses on weekend shifts (minimum 2 weekends per month), with shifts 8am–4pm or 4pm–12am ET, and telehealth practice setting.

The candidate will read diagnostic radiology, ED and inpatient exams, including stroke and neurological CTA, with credentialing in 60–90 days and Epic EMR usage. Board-certified physicians with NC license or IMLC eligibility are preferred.

Schedule: Weekends, minimum 2 weekends per month (4 shifts); 8 a.m.–4 p.m. or 4 p.m.–12 a.m. Eastern Time

Types of Cases: Diagnostic radiology, emergency department and inpatient exams; must read stroke and neurological computed tomography angiography

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days.

Electronic Medical Record: Epic.

Certifications Required: Board certification required.

Licensure Required: North Carolina license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact eligibility.
