The assignment offers on-site hours with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and weekend day shifts available (7:00 AM–4:00 PM). Dates are ongoing until permanent providers are hired; SC license is preferred but non-licensed providers will be considered.

• Modalities: Must provide modality list upon presentation/submission
• Shift/Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; weekend day shifts available, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Dates Needed: Ongoing coverage until permanent providers are hired
• Credentialing Timeframe: Not specified
