Job summary

Veterans Health Administration, within EKHCS, is seeking a Radiologist to interpret imaging, perform image-guided procedures, and participate in QA and telehealth initiatives. The role requires an MD/DO, US licensure, and board eligibility with English proficiency.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or eligible non-citizen status per VA policy.
• MD/DO degree from a school approved by VA for the year completed.
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a US state/DC.
• Residency training approved by VA/ACGME or AOA leading to board eligibility.
• Exception: PRPs may be appointed with limited residency requirements.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic radiology interpretations and image-guided procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Support telehealth and remote workflows as applicable.
• Maintain required licensure and board certification; support credentialing.
• Provide timely radiology reports with measurements and impressions.
• Work schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm.
