Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a diagnostic radiologist to join the Department of Radiology across its three hospital campuses in Cambridge, Somerville, and Everett. Overview

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is an award‑winning health system based in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s metro‑north communities. We provide innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full‑service hospitals. CHA is recruiting for a diagnostic radiologist to join our well‑established and thriving Department of Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Practice diagnostic radiology using CHA’s state‑of‑the‑art equipment including MRI, CT, ultrasound, 3D mammography, DR, bone densitometry, nuclear medicine, and fluoroscopy.
• Provide imaging services at all three CHA hospital campuses: Cambridge Hospital, Somerville Hospital, and Everett Hospital.
• All sites are fully integrated with PACS and EMR (Epic); CHA is partnered with Abridge, a leader in generative AI for clinical documentation.
• Participate in a late‑shift on‑call rotation; night call coverage is provided by a teleradiology service starting at 8 pm weeknights and 6 pm weekends and holidays.
• Hold a Harvard Medical School (HMS) appointment as Instructor, Assistant, or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.

The full‑time total compensation salary range of $525,000‑$575,000 is comprised of a guaranteed base salary based on years of experience plus an annual incentive.
