Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Radiography required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiography preferred.
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required, as applicable.
• Registered Technologist credential through ARRT required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient and exam accurately with proper documentation.
• Explain exams, safety protocols, and procedures to patients.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for diagnostic-quality images.
• Perform imaging exams using radiographic, fluoroscopic and portable equipment.
• Ensure exams are labeled and available in PACS.
• Follow ALARA and radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and staff to support patient flow.
