Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking a Radiology Technologist to provide diagnostic-quality radiologic imaging under physician supervision. You will uphold radiation safety guidelines, ensure proper imaging techniques, and contribute to patient care across acute and outpatient settings.

The role requires an accredited radiography program completion and PA RT certification or eligibility, with strong attention to safety, documentation, and teamwork within a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RT - Registered Radiologic Technologist with PA certification or eligible.
• Completion of an accredited Radiography program or technical school diploma.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and patient positioning.

Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic-quality radiographs under physician supervision.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and proper exposure factors.
• Verify exam orders and attach to patient records.
• Coordinate daily workflow and scheduling of exams.
• Document required data (LMP, fluoroscopy time, CPT codes).
• Assist in training new staff and students.
