Job summary

Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center in Findlay, OH seeks a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographs under Radiologist supervision. You will maintain high-quality images and adhere to imaging protocols while delivering compassionate patient care.

Required ARRT registration and Ohio licensure, plus BLS within 30 days of hire. Candidates should have strong computer skills and a commitment to patient safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration required and licensed by the state of Ohio.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to provide high level customer service.
• Proficiency with computers and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality diagnostic imaging.
• Follow approved radiology protocols and procedures.
• Demonstrate problem-solving in non-standard situations.
• Multi-task effectively in busy or stressful environments.
• Follow departmental and radiologist directions and communicate.
• Pursue ongoing education on equipment, procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with radiology team and other departments to boost productivity.
• Handle documentation policies and consent forms accurately.
• Explain procedures to patients and families to ensure comfort and safety.
