Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA (American Medical Association) Accredited School of Radiological Technology
• Board certified by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and a member of the A.R.R.T.
• Current BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

Requires a pre-employment physical to determine capability, including:

• Physical Activity: Sitting, Standing, Walking, Bending, Squatting, Crouching, Kneeling, Reaching
• Use of Upper Extremities
• Push/Pull/Lift/Carry up to specified weights

Position Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging supporting patient care, under supervision of the Manager and Medical Director
• Ensure equipment functionality and maintain quality control measures
• Produce high-quality images, prepare exam rooms, and ensure proper patient identification
• Position patients, adjust equipment, and determine exposure parameters following ALARA principles
• Maintain departmental standards and participate in on-call rotations
• Support a professional, safe environment and contribute to department and hospital goals
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education
