  • English language proficiency per 38 U.S.C. 7402(d) and 7407(d).
  • Non-citizens may be appointed only when required by VA policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily technical direction and administrative functions for the clinic area.
  • Plan, direct and control activities to meet service needs.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies to support the service.
