Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business field is required.
• 5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, including 3 years of leadership.
• IEMA and ARRT or ARDMS or NMTCB certifications are required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Certification in area of specialty is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing departmental goals aligned to the strategic plan.
• Manages staff relations, including performance management, scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
• Monitors departmental budgets, compliance, contracts and vendor relations.
• Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies and oversees stock.
• Coordinates patient care services and may provide patient care when necessary.
