Job summary

A Diagnostic Imaging Service Engineer is sought to join our healthcare-focused team serving the Miami-Dade and Fort Lauderdale areas. The role covers installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced medical imaging systems in hospital environments.

You will collaborate with radiologists and biomedical staff to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable image quality across X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical imaging service.
• OEM or third-party certifications on CT, MRI, or X-ray systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel between hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and integrate imaging systems into clinical environments.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate imaging devices to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Maintain service logs and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to meet workflow needs.
