UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer to perform comprehensive echocardiograms and related duties in the Cardiology Medicine department.
You will operate echo equipment, document results, and coordinate with cardiologists for interpretation. The role requires accuracy, patient care, and adherence to department standards. A signing bonus may be available, and training opportunities are offered.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Hiring Range: $32.76 - $58.96 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).
Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Under the general direction of the Director of Cardiology Services, the Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer performs diagnostic echocardiograms for subsequent interpretation by a Cardiologist.
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
