The position requires 3+ years of experience, ASE preferred or a plan to obtain, and strong communication with guests and colleagues. Local ownership onsite daily supports a collaborative shop culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles and work with the team to complete repairs.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with the service department to communicate guest concerns.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work with other Technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
