Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly with the service team.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate concerns to the service department.
• Collaborate with technicians to meet deadlines and deliver results.
