Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication.
- A desire for long-term career development.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicles and collaborate with the team to complete repairs.
- Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Work with the service department to communicate guest concerns.
- Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
