Job summary

Medical City Denton, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a PRN Diag Imag Rad Tech to perform radiologic procedures following physician orders while delivering quality patient care. You will participate in call and holiday coverage, maintain competency, and support radiation safety and documentation.

Qualifications include ARRT-R Radiography and RT Radiologic Technologist credentials, vocational school graduate status, and BCLS certification within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• 1 year radiology experience or more.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification.
• Graduate of a vocational school.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality Radiologic procedures according to physician orders.
• Maintains patient care quality and excellent customer service.
• Participates in call/holiday coverage and department initiatives.
• Maintains competencies and knowledge of procedures and safety.
• Completes records and documentation; participates in QC.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs quality Radiologic procedures, follows physician's orders, practices quality patient care, exercise excellent customer service, participates in call/holiday coverage, maintains competencies and current knowledge of procedures, participates in equipment Q.C., completes all records and documentation, practices radiation safety, involved in department initiatives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Prefer at least 1 year experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
