Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Diabetes Sales Representative to drive education, market development, and sales execution for the MiniMed Smart MDI in an Arizona territory. You will engage primary care providers, demonstrate product capabilities, and influence decisions across physicians, NPs, PAs, and nurses.

The role emphasizes clinical education, multichannel engagement, and travel up to 20%. A pharma or B2B sales background and diabetes injectables/CGM familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience (Pharma or B2B).
• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Experience with diabetes injectables or CGM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand for Smart MDI through clinical selling and education with primary care providers.
• Establish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with HCPs (Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, etc.).
• Communicate key sales messaging, patient benefits, and product information.
• Develop and execute efficient routing plans and territory strategies.
• Use technical acumen to demonstrate Smart MDI capabilities across multiple channels (in-person and virtual).
