Northside Hospital Inc. seeks a Diabetes Educator to provide dietary and diabetes self-management education to individuals and groups. The role supports education initiatives, leads group classes when needed, and adheres to ADCES standards in a clinical setting near Atlanta.
The ideal candidate holds a Registered Dietitian or Georgia RN license with ADCES certification or eligibility, and brings experience in diabetes education and program delivery. Full-time, on-site with day hours are offered.

Responsible for providing Dietary Education and Diabetes self-management education and training to individuals and groups according to the Scope of Practice, Standards of Practice, and Standards of Professional performance for Diabetes Educators (ADCES).
One (1) year experience providing diabetes education to individuals and/or groups
ADCES certification or eligible for certification and will complete within six months
Registered Dietitian OR
Registered Nurse with current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate License
Knowledgeable about current diabetes treatment management.
Lead and manage group classes.
