Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a PCP/Endo Business Specialist to maximize net sales of BIPI and co-promoted diabetes products. You will work with targeted healthcare providers and hospital networks, aligning with commercial leadership and internal guidelines.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, payer engagement, and compliant execution across a defined territory. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in pharma, a preferred background in diabetes, and strong proficiency

Qualifications

Two years of successful sales and/or marketing experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare is preferred.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Experience in diabetes therapeutic area preferred.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and database applications.

Responsibilities

Influence health care professionals to support the use of promoted diabetes products.
Execute brand strategies and coordinate with co-promotion partners and Boehringer Ingelheim employees.
Engage managed care teams to secure formulary access and payer support.
Develop payer discussions and optimize resources and programs for territory plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive net sales objectives and ensure compliant activities.
Adhere to all regulatory and company policies in daily activities.
