Cincinnati Children's seeks an experienced APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Endocrinology to manage pediatric Type 1 diabetes patients. The role blends clinic care—6-8 clinics weekly across Base campus and satellite sites—with phone-based insulin dose management.

The position includes daily patient assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with the care team. Travel to satellite locations, some weekends or holidays, and inpatient weeks may be required.

Qualificações

• Experience with diabetes is preferred; T1D knowledge valued.
• RN or APP with T1D experience prioritized.
• Willingness to travel to satellite locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care including history, exams, and care planning in endocrinology.
• Manage insulin dose adjustments and CGM/pump technology.
• Collaborate with physicians and other teams to coordinate care.
• Attend clinics at Base campus or satellite locations as needed.
