Job summary
Mass General Brigham in Dover, NH is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian in Endocrinology to join its Diabetes education program. The RD should have CDE/CDCES and hands-on experience with insulin pumps and CGMs, working with two other CDEs and the endocrinology team.

Qualifications
- RD with CDE/CDCES credential.
- Experience with insulin pump therapy and CGM.
- Collaborate with endocrinology team and providers.
- Provide education and ongoing diabetes support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to determine educational needs and readiness for diabetes management.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for self-management.
- Facilitate group education classes on diabetes management and lifestyle changes.
- Create educational materials to enhance patient understanding.
- Provide ongoing counseling to patients and families, addressing emotional aspects.
- Encourage adherence to treatment plans and empower patient participation.
