Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian in the Endocrinology department at 10 Members Way, Dover, NH. The role focuses on diabetes education, nutrition planning, and collaboration with the endocrinology team to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a CDE credential, with experience in insulin pump therapy and CGM, and will lead patient education programs and group classes. 40-hour weeks, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine educational needs and readiness of patients to learn about diabetes management.
• Develop individualized education plans addressing diabetes self-management, including medication management, nutrition, physical activity, and blood glucose monitoring.
• Facilitate group education classes on diabetes management, prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Create educational materials and resources to enhance patient understanding and engagement.
• Provide ongoing support and counseling to patients and their families, addressing emotional and psychological aspects of living with diabetes.
