Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must attain Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification within one year of hire.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider required.

Responsabilités

• Provides clinical management and diabetes self-management education to diabetes patients.
• Plans and presents educational programs for healthcare providers, patients and community.
• Develops, updates and maintains educational materials and resources.
