Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to drive patient‑centric diabetes care by training healthcare providers, educating patients, and leading clinical education programs. The role focuses on integrating Insulet products into clinical practice and building strong partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care teams, and diabetes management programs.

You will conduct customized training, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with providers to align training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related clinical experience.
• CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or other clinical certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish clinical partnerships with endocrinologists and diabetes teams.
• Own patient training on Insulet products and usage.
• Oversee CPTs and clinical education initiatives.
• Promote clinical selling to drive product adoption while adhering to guidelines.
• Maintain Salesforce and training metrics, and manage operations within budget.
