Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to enhance patient outcomes through clinical training, education, and collaboration with HCPs. The role covers training providers and patients, developing education programs, and driving adoption of insulin pump therapies within a territory.

Based in the United States, you will travel to HCP offices, clinics, and patient homes, leveraging clinical expertise to improve care and ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree and at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Certifications such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD or other clinical credentials are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Establish Clinical Partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers and diabetes teams across hospitals, clinics and private practices.
• Own Patient Training by delivering personalized instruction on Insulet products and device care; tailor sessions to user experience.
• Oversee Clinical Education by evaluating CPTs, providing product updates, and maintaining Salesforce and training metrics.
• Sell Through Clinical Expertise by promoting insulin pump therapy to providers and patients and aligning activities with guidelines.
