Significance Inc. is seeking a DIA Senior Financial Budget Analyst to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC and requires an active Top Secret Clearance.

This role supports the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) by providing financial and project management support to enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities may include budget analysis, program oversight, reporting, and support to planning and execution of mission-critical initiatives across DIA operations.

Responsibilities

• Budget analysis, program oversight, reporting, and support to planning and execution of mission-critical initiatives across DIA operations.
• Monitor and report status; perform financial management activities such as budget planning, formulation and execution.
• Provide project advice in analyzing ongoing and future program funding needs, and guidance on financial issues.
• Financial Analyst/Audit Support duties include supporting DIA's Office of Facilities Financial Statement.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Experience with financial management activities including budgeting, formulation, and execution.
• Ability to monitor, report, and analyze ongoing and future program funding needs and provide financial guidance.
• Experience providing financial and project management support in a federal government context preferred.

Salary, Benefits, and Employment Details

• $140,000 – $151,000 per year (base pay range; final offer determined by factors including experience, job-related skill sets, education, and location).
