Significance Inc. is seeking a DIA Facilities SME to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award).

This role will be onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC and requires an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and project management support to enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
  • Perform budget analysis, program oversight, reporting, and support to planning and execution of mission‑critical initiatives across DIA operations.
  • Support Individual Delivery Individual Quantity (IDIQ) requirements and Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) requirements.
  • Develop and coordinate projects, analyze studies on existing systems, prepare justifications for resiliency/energy system modifications, and review and evaluate the overall effects of equipment and system changes.
  • Perform worldwide travel, including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required.
Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in varying specialty career fields, including ARCHIBUS software systems, Facilities Condition Assessments, LT. Data/programmer, Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Fire Protection, Civil), and Data Center. Subject Matter Expert must hold a Bachelor's degree and often advanced degrees, with industry certifications such as PMP and DA WIA.

Required Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction at the program level.
  • Manage large, complex projects.
  • Design, implementation, and management of business operations or strategy projects.
  • PEs shall interface with the client on program issues.

Salary: $175,000 - $187,000 a year.

Our base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range based on local benchmarks. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
