Significance Inc. is seeking a DIA Facilities SME to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC and requires an active Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• This role supports the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) by providing financial and project management support to enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities may include budget analysis, program oversight, reporting, and support to planning and execution of mission-critical initiatives across DIA operations.
• Supports Individual Delivery Individual Quantity (IDIQ) requirements and Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) requirements. Develops and coordinates projects. Analyzes studies on existing systems. Prepares justifications for resiliency/energy system modifications. Reviews and evaluates the overall effects of equipment and system changes.
• Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for completion of tasks directly related to this scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in varying specialty career fields to include ARCHIBUS software systems expert, Facilities Condition Assessments career field expert, LT. Data/programmer career field expert, Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Fire Protection, Civil) and Data Center career field expert. The SME will often possess industry certifications to include Project Management Professional (PMP) and DA WIA certification. A Subject Matter Expert holds a Bachelor's degree and often possesses advanced degrees.
• Additionally, a Subject Matter Expert will provide a combination of the following:
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction at the program level.
  • Manage large, complex projects.
  • Design, implementation and management of business operations, or strategy projects.
  • PE's shall interface with the client on program issues.

Compensation

$175,000 - $187,000 a year

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
