Qualifications

• Level II requires a bachelor’s degree plus one year of professional criminal investigations experience; CLEET peace officer certified.
• Level III requires a bachelor’s degree plus three years of professional criminal investigations experience; CLEET peace officer certified.

Responsibilities

• Commissioned peace officer position.
• Investigate crimes against DHS or DHS-administered programs while following laws and agency policies.
• Investigate violations of Title 56 OS 243- Food Stamp Fraud, 56 OS 185- Public Assistance Fraud, and 56 OS 1005.1- Medicaid Eligibility Fraud.
• Investigate administrative violations of OK Admin Code Title 340 and CFR Title 7.
