Job summary

AAR Corp. is seeking an Aircraft (DHC-8) Mechanic 3 (PACE) in Sanford, FL. The role involves performing complex maintenance on aircraft, wiring and components, and ensuring airworthiness through inspections and documentation.

Qualified candidates will have an FAA A&P certificate (or equivalent), a high school diploma, and at least four years of aviation maintenance experience, preferably with DHC-8 aircraft. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical data in English.
• Minimum 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience with DHC-8 preferred; heavy maintenance background considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structural components.
• Rigging, surface controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
• Inspect engines and related components for airworthiness.
• Maintain documentation in the program MIS.
