Gritter Francona is seeking a Program Manager to lead a new, potential project that manages a process for determining a service member's fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.

The ideal candidate will hold a PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and have extensive experience overseeing large programs and staff, with knowledge of DoD policies, records management, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 10+ years overseeing large programs.
• 5+ years leading staff.
• Experience with contract administration required.
• Familiarity with DoD policies, records management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a potential project managing a process for fitness-for-duty determination and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.
• Oversee program performance and ensure compliance with DoD policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage contract administration and staff guidance.

The DHA supports clinical care, education and training, logistics, research, information systems, and enterprise management for operating forces conducting military operations.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Program Manager to lead a new, potential project. This Program Manager will lead a potential project that manages a process for determining a service member's fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP OR Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
• 10 years' experience overseeing large programs
• at least 5 years' experience overseeing staff/personnel
• Prior experience with contract administration
• Experience with DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance
