DOLCE&GABBANA in the United States (Miami) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the flow of goods, information, and processes across the supply chain. You will coordinate logistics activities, monitor inventory, and partner with internal teams, suppliers, and 3PLs to ensure timely execution.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/Power BI/Anaplan; travel of 10–15% is expected. Fluency in English is required; Spanish/Italian are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience with 3PLs, inventory management, and order fulfillment preferred.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, or consumer goods a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel required; SAP/Power BI/Anaplan a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to support timely and accurate product movement.
• Work with 3PL partners, warehouse teams, transportation providers, and Customer Service to support day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and coordinate pickup requests and distributor orders.
• Track and trace shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support order-to-cash processes in partnership with Customer Service.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes to optimize stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Help ensure accurate inventory records across systems and reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and 3PL partners.
• Resolve delivery, quality, or shipping delay issues with external partners.
• Work to meet service levels and operational expectations.
• Develop logistics KPIs for the Distribution Center and prepare related reports and analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Support best practices to strengthen logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with import/export requirements and customs regulations.
• Maintain records of shipments, purchase orders, inventory, and activities.
• Support local compliance aligned with global guidance.
• Manage complaints and escalations and support ad hoc projects.

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the efficient flow of goods, information, and processes across the supply chain. This position will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, monitoring inventory, supporting order fulfillment, and partnering closely with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics and Operations

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to support timely and accurate product movement.
• Work closely with 3PL partners, warehouse teams, transportation providers, and Customer Service to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and coordinate pickup requests and distributor orders.
• Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support efficient execution of the order-to-cash process in partnership with Customer Service.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes to optimize stock availability and reduce excess.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and support reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Help ensure accurate inventory records across systems and operational reports.

Supplier and 3PL Coordination

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and 3PL partners.
• Support issue resolution related to deliveries, quality concerns, shipping delays, or other operational matters.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure service levels and operational expectations are met.

Reporting and Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain logistics KPIs for the U.S. Distribution Center.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses related to supply chain and logistics performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs across the supply chain.
• Support implementation of best practices to strengthen logistics operations.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure compliance with import/export requirements, customs regulations, and relevant industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, purchase orders, inventory, and operational activities.
• Support local logistics compliance activities in alignment with global guidance.

General Support

• Manage complaints and operational issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly and escalated appropriately when needed.
• Support ad hoc projects and additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related area.
• Experience working with 3PLs, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes is preferred.
• Experience in the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and/or Anaplan is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required. Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
• Availability to travel approximately 10% to 15%.
