Pediatrix Medical Group in Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking a Division Operations Manager for the South Central Market. You will work with practice leadership to optimize operations, staffing, and financial performance across multiple practices, ensuring profitability and quality care.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in financial management, contracting, and physician relations, with strong communication and travel up to 25%. Residency in the DFW Metroplex is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3+ years' experience in financial management, pro forma, contracting, business development, and physician relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and reside in the DFW Metroplex.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice life cycle management, including staffing, financial performance, and growth in the assigned sub-region.
• Manage staffing for clinical and non-clinical roles; ensure appropriate coverage.
• Support negotiations, contracts, and recruiting processes.
• Coordinate with ambulatory, business development, and marketing for regional insights.
• Oversee monthly financial reviews and profitability metrics.
• Prepare pro forma and assist budgeting with finance.
• Engage with integration teams for finance onboarding.
• Onboard new physicians and staff with shared services.
