Job summary

RLP Mechanical in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX is seeking Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installers to join our growing team. This role focuses on installing ductwork and related systems on new construction and retrofit projects, requiring 2+ years of experience. Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC sheet metal and ductwork for new construction and retrofit projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and installation instructions.
• Assist with equipment startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning as needed.
• Perform HVAC piping and related installation work.
• Assist with ductwork and other mechanical work as needed.
• Safely handle and transport equipment, materials, and tools.
• Work on rooftops, lifts, ladders, and in mechanical rooms or confined spaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, technicians, and other trades.
