Job summary

Annapurna Labs Ltd. is seeking a DFT Engineer to design and implement DFT architectures for complex semiconductor platforms in a fast-paced AWS environment.

You will develop test patterns, perform timing analyses, and verify DFT components using UVM, FPGA, and emulators, while contributing to silicon bring-up and diagnostics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer.
  • Experience with chip design, Verilog and SystemVerilog.
  • Experience with scan insertion tools, ATPG, gate-level simulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of verification platforms including UVM test bench, FPGA, and emulator environments.
  • Advanced scripting skills in Perl/Tcl.

Basic Qualifications
