Job summary

Annapurna Labs Ltd., an Amazon team, designs and delivers high-end, custom silicon at the heart of AWS. Our DFT engineers work on architectures for complex semiconductor platforms, developing test patterns and performing timing analyses to ensure robust performance across products like Trainium, Graviton, and Nitro.

You collaborate with world-class DFT engineers, driving innovative silicon bring-up and diagnostic processes in a fast-paced cloud infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience designing DFT architectures for complex semiconductor platforms is required.
• 3+ years in semiconductor DFT engineering or equivalent preferred.

• Design and implement advanced Design-for-Test (DFT) architectures for complex semiconductor platforms.
• Develop high-quality test and debug patterns ensuring robust performance.
• Conduct comprehensive static timing analysis across multiple DFT modes.
• Verify intricate DFT logic and components with precision and creativity.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chip design, Verilog and System Verilog,
• Experience with scan insertion tools, ATPG, gate-level simulations
• Advanced knowledge of verification platforms including UVM test bench, FPGA, and emulator environments
• Advanced scripting skills in Perl/Tcl
