U.S. Bank is looking for a Default Management Foreclosure Associate in Owensboro, KY. You will handle a broad range of foreclosure operations, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards and meeting investor/state timelines.

You will also manage attorney communications and direct vendors to keep actions on schedule. The role demands strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while interpreting data and producing

Qualifications

Job Description

The Default Management Foreclosure Associate is responsible for providing a broad variety of operational support for foreclosures. Responsible for ensuring proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures. Processes foreclosure actions within allowable timeframes set out by investors and state requirements. Manages attorney communication and ensures appropriate direction is given to vendors to meet applicable timelines.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically two to four years of related experience

• Good understanding of the business and broad office skills
• Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
• Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Proficient PC skills in word processing, spreadsheet and graphics
• Effective verbal, grammatical and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.91
