What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products
- Maintain documentation on completed trainings and follow up on surveys to ensure stakeholder needs are met
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for clinical training issues within the territory
- Collaborate with Clinical Program Managers and Product Management on new product testing and implementation
- Travel up to 75% as dictated by business needs to provide training and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-year associate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses
- 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience with at least 2 years in a customer-facing position
- Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment, including digital intraoral scanners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record for extensive travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of training experience within a clinical setting
- Advanced knowledge of radiology
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
