Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The primary function of the DEXIS Regional Clinical Training Specialist is to provide hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital imaging products to customers in a clinical setting. Additional training opportunities include imaging software and related technology. The specialist will serve as a point of contact for training escalations within the territory and collaborate with internal and external teams to address customer clinical needs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products.
  • Maintain documentation on completed trainings.
  • Review and follow-up on completed surveys within the territory to ensure training meets stakeholder needs.
  • Act as initial point of escalation and investigation regarding clinical training issues.
  • Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products.
  • Attend trade shows and educational events for clinical representation and support.
  • Obtain and recertify support on products as necessary.
  • Manage priorities and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Display strong interpersonal, face-to-face, phone, and email communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Work non-standard hours and travel as needed, including weekends.
  • Interact regularly with all departments, customers, and key experts.
  • Travel up to 75% based on business needs.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent certifications/licenses.
  • At least 5 years of clinical dental experience, including 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with dental imaging equipment, including digital intraoral scanners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record; willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Training experience in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of radiology and experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Office.
Compensation

Salary range: $76,100 - $114,200, based on experience and location, with possible bonuses and benefits.
