Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance Hospital is seeking a DEXA Technician to perform and process x-ray scans as part of the department’s scope of activities. The role requires Certification and licensure in California and relevant DEXA experience.

You will work with a skilled team to support patient care, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to accurate imaging records in a patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bone Densitometry or Radiology program.
• California Radiologic Technologist license upon hire, or California Limited Permit Dual Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• ARRT Radiography registration upon hire, or ARRt Bone Densitometry registration.
• DEXA Technician experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform and process DEXA scans as part of the department's scope.
• Prepare, position, and calibrate equipment for imaging.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards in imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure accurate imaging records.
