Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a DEXA Technician to perform imaging and processing of x-ray films within the department, contributing to our patient-focused care culture.

The role requires Bone Densitometry or Radiology training, California licensure or bone densitometry permit, and ARRT certifications; BLS within 30 days; 2+ years of DEXA experience is preferred. You will join a team dedicated to quality and safety in a large Providence network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bone Densitometry Program or Radiology Program (CRT).
• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist or
• Upon hire: California Limited Permit X-Ray Technician Bone Densitometry Permit.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: ARRT Radiography or Bone Densitometry certification.
• Experience as a DEXA Technician; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• The DEXA Technician performs a variety of technical work related to taking and processing x-ray films within the department.
