Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a DEXA Technician to perform and process DEXA scans and related X-ray film work within the department. You will contribute to patient-focused care in a busy, on-site setting and adhere to radiology protocols.

Minimum qualifications include a CRT or RT license, BLS within 30 days, ARRT registration in radiography or bone densitometry, and 2 years of DEXA experience preferred. Competitive benefits are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bone Densitometry or Radiology program (CRT).
• California Radiologic Technologist or California Limited Permit X-Ray Technician Bone Densitometry Permit.
• Within 30 days of hire: BLS - American Heart Association.
• ARRT Radiography or Bone Densitometry registered technologist.
• DEXA technician experience preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Perform and process DEXA scans and related x-ray films.
• Support department activities related to the DEXA program as required.
