Job summary

Keller Foundations, a world leader in geotechnical construction, seeks an experienced Project Manager for the Corona, CA office to oversee dewatering projects in California and the region. Responsibilities include risk management, pre-project planning, coordinating design/submittals, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Travel may be required; a civil engineering or construction management background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, well drilling, construction dewatering, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Risk management: understand and apply Keller risk policies and minimize risks.
• Initial planning: design submittals, material orders, pre-job planning and scheduling.
• Project execution: lead project teams, manage subcontractors, ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Change management: identify, track and escalate changes as needed.
• Financial management: monitor reports, forecasts, budgets, and collections.
• Safety and quality assurance: enforce safety rules and resolve quality issues.
