Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking a Dewatering Area Manager based in the southeastern United States. This newly created role leads the area dewatering team and oversees projects, driving operational, project and financial performance across the region.

Responsibilities include developing market knowledge, building customer relationships, and ensuring safety and quality compliance with Keller policies and OSHA standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology or other related field preferred.
• Experience in the construction dewatering industry.
• 10+ years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the area dewatering team to achieve operational, project and financial goals.
• Develop market knowledge to grow dewatering services in the region and build client relationships.
• Oversee dewatering projects and operations across the region.
• Support, control and evaluate the area’s business development actions.
• Provide guidance, direction, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with Keller safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
• Log quality non-conformance issues and trigger resolution with management.
• Exercise stop-work authority for safety and quality issues.
• Understand and apply Keller risk management policies.
