Tulip, a spinoff from MIT, seeks a senior software engineer in Somerville, MA for developer tooling and internal platforms. This hybrid role involves building tools to empower engineers, integrating AI capabilities, and improving the overall developer experience across code generation, review, testing, and deployment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design scalable internal tooling, and own parts of the platform stack in a modern tech environment with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

About You
You've built tools that engineers rely on. You’re deeply familiar with the day-to-day challenges developers face, from local development to automated testing, deployments and CI/CD. You understand the potential that Agentic AI presents towards enhancing these processes and are enthusiastic about getting your hands on the tools, and developing scientific processes to accelerate the work of your fellow engineers.
