TalentOla is seeking a DevSecOps Lead / Technical Solution Architect to design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals. You will lead technical workshops, PoCs and architecture reviews with clients, and create architecture documents, runbooks and reference architectures.

You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring secure, scalable and compliant solutions across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a solutions architect
