• Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and design reviews and ensure development best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, client meetings, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Mentor developers while continuing to contribute directly to development.

We are looking for a strong hands-on Java Technical Lead / Architect who can take ownership of solutions from requirement gathering and technical design through hands-on development and delivery.

The ideal candidate must be a strong hands‑on developer who is comfortable coding, designing solutions, leading developers, and interacting directly with clients and business stakeholders.

The candidate should have excellent communication and client‑facing skills and be able to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, drive architecture/design discussions, and work closely with the development team through implementation.
