Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is hiring to lead PIEE DevSecOps and cloud-delivery initiatives, covering CI/CD, AWS GovCloud, and infrastructure-as-code. You will drive automated delivery, testing, security controls, and operational reliability across the software factory.

The role requires coordination across developers, cybersecurity, cloud/SRE, and configuration management teams; experience with modernizing build/deploy practices and moving toward secure microservices is essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant DevOps experience.
• Experience with large-scale Scrum/Agile delivery, DevOps, test-driven development, on-premises and cloud deployments, IaaS, configuration-management tools, and containers.
• Current cloud service provider certification, such as AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent accepted by the task order.
• Ability to obtain and maintain IT‑II / Tier 3 eligibility, as required.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the DevSecOps, cloud, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, container, and automated delivery strategy.
• Own pipeline architecture, deployment controls, artifact flow, environment promotion, release automation, rollback readiness, and operational monitoring.
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning, compliance evidence, configuration management, and approval gates into the delivery toolchain.
• Coordinate developers, testers, cybersecurity, cloud/SRE, configuration management, and release stakeholders.
• Lead modernization of build and deployment practices and support transition from monolithic components to secure microservices where approved.
• Measure pipeline performance, deployment frequency, lead time, change failure, availability, recovery, and automation effectiveness.
• Maintain cloud and pipeline technical documentation, standards, runbooks, and continuous-improvement backlog.
